Payment information. When you pay online, you enter your card details into a secure form provided by our payment processor, and they go directly to that processor. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code; we receive a confirmation that the payment went through.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and service providers record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit, to deliver the website, keep it secure and fix problems.

How we use your information

• To hold the unit you reserve and prepare your rental.
• To complete your move-in and manage your rental account, including gate access, billing and reminders.
• To answer your questions and contact you about your reservation or rental.
• To operate, secure and improve this website, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations and to enforce our agreements.

We may contact you by email, phone or text message about your reservation or rental. We send marketing messages only where the law allows, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:

• Our facility management software provider, which keeps our reservations, rental accounts and unit availability on our behalf.
• Our payment processor, which handles card payments securely.
• Our website provider and other service providers, such as hosting, maps and email delivery, that help us run this website. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
• Government authorities or other parties when the law requires it, to protect our rights, property or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It may use strictly necessary cookies or similar browser storage to make features such as the reservation form work. Some pages load maps or fonts from third-party services, which receive your IP address when they deliver that content.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work without them. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of, including for visitors whose browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above and as the law requires, for example for tax, accounting and lien-law records if you rent a unit. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below; we will delete what we are not required to keep.

In the last 12 months we have collected the categories of information described under "Information we collect": identifiers and contact details, customer records, details of your reservation or rental, and internet activity on this website, for the purposes described in this policy. We have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 16.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
