Reservations and holds

• A reservation made on this website asks us to hold a unit for you. It is not a rental agreement and does not give you the right to use or occupy a unit.
• We hold a reserved unit for a limited time. If you do not complete your move-in within that time, we may release the unit.
• Units are subject to availability. If a reserved unit becomes unavailable before you move in, we may offer a comparable unit or cancel the reservation.
• No payment is taken to make a reservation unless the website clearly tells you otherwise before you submit it.

Prices and specials

• Prices, fees and specials shown on this website are subject to confirmation when you move in, and may change until you sign your rental agreement.
• Specials may apply only to certain units, sizes or facilities, may require a minimum stay, and cannot be combined unless we say so.
• Unit sizes are approximate, and photos may be representative rather than the exact unit or facility.
• If a price or description on this website is wrong, we may correct it before your rental begins.

Your rental agreement governs

If you rent a unit, the rental agreement you sign governs your rental, including rent, fees, access, protection or insurance requirements, default and lien rights. If anything in these terms conflicts with your rental agreement, your rental agreement controls.

Acceptable use

When you use this website, you agree not to:

• Give false information, make reservations you do not intend to keep, or reserve for someone else without their permission.
• Interfere with the website, or try to gain unauthorized access to it or to the systems behind it.
• Use automated tools to copy, scrape or overload the website.
